Director of Product Management, Distributed Marketing As the Director of Product Management, Distributed Marketing within the Marketing Communications team at Broadridge, you will lead strategic planning, industry thought leadership, and develop and lead execution of our strategy for distributed marketing capabilities across industries. The current primary industry verticals are P&C Insurance, Health, Life & Annuity and Wealth. This position requires deep expertise in the distributed marketing space, understanding the relationship between corporate marketing and large field forces (agents, advisors, etc.) that use distributed marketing strategies for acquisition and retention. Marketing Communications is a key source of growth for Broadridge, and this position requires a person with the combination of skills to bring value to C-level and executive marketing buyers and prospects through innovative product concepts, regulatory understanding, and ROI-focused marketing campaign expertise. Specific responsibilities include:
You will be the connection between Broadridge and distributed marketing buyers, understanding buyer roadmaps, identifying trends, figuring out market needs / gaps and creating the strategic roadmap and business cases for organic and inorganic investment. You will collaborate with leadership within the Marketing Communications team, and with other areas of the organization to improve and where appropriate, unify, core toolsets to enhance value to our customers and new prospects. You will lead or assist with critical initiatives that demonstrate investments within Marketing Communications' Distributed Marketing products. You will lead initiatives to identify, prioritize and launch new toolsets within current and new markets. You'll lead the creation of business cases (e.g. market analysis, driven dynamics, value proposition, strategic fit, economic models and launch) to support new initiatives. You will assist business development to identify target customers and own Go To Market planning and execution. You'll apply thorough critical thinking, the Marketing Communications Product Framework and quantitative analysis to develop and test growth opportunities. You will lead or participate in regular strategy planning exercise including corporate/business unit strategy planning, budgeting and reporting to the Marketing Communications GM and management team. You will build and maintain broad-based relationships with business unit and corporate senior management and with industry and professional networks to assist in development initiatives. Lead and deliver other key projects as requested. In this role, you will communicate with internal partners including key members of the management team and across finance, product management, service delivery, operations, sales, and account management. As the Director of Distributed Marketing Product Management, you should be able to communicate across multiple levels in a broad variety of circumstances in order to be effective. We'd like the following:
Minimum of 8 years' experience in a marketing or communications capacity for a Property & Casualty Insurance or B2B marketing firm At least five years in a leadership position handling marketing, marketing operations or marketing automation solutions for corporate or for a distributed sales force. At least three years in a leadership position with client data management for marketing, Data Management Platforms (DMP) or CRM. Experience in customer and prospect data management, segmentation and experience in customer and prospect data management, segmentation and regulations about data usage to enable wide access for distributed self-service to apply data in locally implemented campaigns Experience working across boundaries, developing strong interpersonal relationships, and leading through influence. Undergraduate degree required, graduate degree preferred. Strong presentation skills and ability to build relationships The position will be remote. Disability Assistance
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
