RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain accuracy of Daily Census with Front Desk and DSS SOAR program. Review, complete, follow up and submit FSL Client Incident Reports. Maintain precise and accurate documentation of Case Management services, including client files and entries into the program databases. Provide assessment, crisis intervention, individual, family, and group services to children, youth, and families. Oversee and conduct Safety Checks of client unit. Advocate for client needs. Work collaboratively with members of a larger treatment or service coordination team, both within the agency and in the larger community. Responsible for hiring, training, and supervision of all Client Advocates. Schedule and facilitate regular team meetings with staff. Provide regularly scheduled supervision with each staff. Attend staff meetings and trainings as required. QUALIFICATIONS: MSW required; LMSW preferred. At least 6 months of prior related experience and supervisory experience required. Prior knowledge of the homeless population and DSS policies and regulations required; knowledge of HMIS preferred. Candidate must have the ability to interact effectively with the client population and collateral agency representatives. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and written and verbal communication skills required. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office required. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Must possess a valid and clean NYS Driver's License. Candidate must be available to work 2:00PM-10:00PM. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
