Systems Support Analyst

Job Description Broadridge is hiring. We currently have an opening based out of our Deer Park office for a Systems Support Analyst. In this role, you will be a critical team member supporting a Technical Function within our MarCom Service Delivery team. You'll serve as a link between the business partners and IT Development Team. You'll be responsible for System Monitoring email alerts sent by various systems, reviewing and resolving alerts generated in a timely manner. You will handle Incident Management: Monitoring and reporting issues, co-ordinating and getting help from various teams to help troubleshoot the issue to resolution, gather and document RCA You'll take on the Process Monitoring: Monitoring Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Annual processes, Documenting failures and exceptions noted, collaborating with teams to ensure failures or errors are resolved You will monitor email to look for all the above categories for any failures or alerts You'll provide Production Support, Run Reports, Business Requirements gathering, Business Print Testing and Data Analysis You will troubleshoot the root cause of Production Support Issues working through a solution from a Technical perspective. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent discipline 5+ years demonstrable experience effectively coordinating with Client Services / Business and IT organizations 3+ years experience manipulating, maneuvering, reading, interpreting and understanding SQL Scripts You'll have solid communication and analytical skills. Should have worked on support projects Capable of working with multiple partners and extend work hours as per project need Experience working on SQL and scheduling tools like Automate would be a plus. System Workflow Knowledge a plus Should be able to provide 24/7 Incident Support.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
