They are looking for a motivated, professional, and reliable individual to join their Telesales Department
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to generate sales leads for the organization
Provide excellent service and information to prospective clients
Efficiently and effectively market the companies offered products to prospective clients
Answer all calls including administrative support for the team Heaving inbound and outbound lead generation support
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:

Work with a number of different team members providing administrative support for a growing team
Provide timely and accurate reporting to various internal departments regarding various issues, and other inquiries and issues that may arise

You have a thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite applications with an understanding of Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook You possess an excellent ability to prioritize tasks, and effectively manage time You can perform assigned functions in the specified timeframe to ensure that our client expectations are met and exceeded every single day You have strong communications skills and be comfortable communicating with internal departments and on occasion external contacts Will have flexibility and be expected to perform general office tasks in support of the team Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously You should have a keen attention to detail as requests are sensitive and client driven

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
