The Life Distribution Platforms team is looking for a Director of Program Management to support our great work by helping drive an efficient and transparent customer experience during the lifecycle of the Life Insurance policy. The Director of Program Management is responsible for business ownership of the outbound communication processes/systems our distribution partners rely on for information as they help their customers navigate the new business process to an inforce policy. These processes include new business and inforce data feeds, email communications, edelivery, and visibility through our producer portal. As part of the role, the Director will manage a team of program owners to drive ensure efficiency, effectiveness of those processes to support our internal and external customers' needs, as well as serve as a key partner to our technical teams in building requirements, identifying enhancements, and troubleshooting issues.

Develop deep subject matter expertise on outbound integrations and communications to (including but not limited to inbound and outbound new data feeds in Accord and DTCC formats, our producer portal and communications platforms, and epolicy delivery processes) to help drive strategy, enhancements, and consistent support model ( including initial user onboarding and ongoing delivery)
Develop team members to provide overall program ownership of these integrations, partnering with both internal and external stakeholders - focused on delivering outcomes for our customers
Provide key thought leadership in partnership with Distribution Platforms leaders as well as technical leaders to ensure platforms are positioned for the future,

What we are looking for
Strong understanding of life insurance new business application process including systems, tools, and processes to support its delivery
Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams and external parties
Experience effectively managing and developing team members to become strong critical thinkers and subject matter experts
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), including meeting facilitation.
General knowledge of XML, Accord and DTCC standards
Experience in a changing and fast-paced organization while being comfortable with ambiguity
Strong project planning and management skills with ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously; familiarity with project management and change management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
Experience using MS Office products as well as Project and Visio

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
