Responsibilities:
Answer phones, scheduling of fire inspections, organize and file documents.
Assist Office Manager in collection calls.
Prepare documents such as letters, memos, and spreadsheets.
Follow up with customers once job is complete.
Maintain and update fire inspection calendar.
General office duties.
