Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Review of company's supplement fact panels and update where needed to stay compliant with ever-changing regulations.
Review of customers labels for compliance.
Creation of SOPs for warehouse staff (shipping and receiving) Review of website content for compliance.
Support the ongoing evolution of FDA requirements.
Assist customers and sales team in requests for COA's, Batch Sheets, SFP's, and Allergen Statements.
Assist international clients with documents required for import and export and create file specifications for the company's products.
Work with the Graphics Team to assist develop labels under FDA Labeling guidelines.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office including skills with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe.
Excellent verbal and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team.
