Modern office setting Growth opportunities Our busy office is seeking an Executive Assistant/Purchasing Assistant to help support our staff.
The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient and detail-oriented and will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be proficient with Microsoft products with strong excel spreadsheet abilities and reporting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Duties include, customer service, purchasing, executive support, order entry and special projects as needed.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Minimum 3 years experience required.
Hours are 8:
